Delete your data

Email confirmation is required and is not a formality: without it, anyone who knows your address could wipe your bookings and subscription. Deletion is irreversible.

• Deleted entirely: newsletter subscription, contact form messages, speaking requests.
• Anonymised: meeting bookings. The row stays but the name, address and message are wiped — deleting the row would free the calendar slot without cancelling the meeting itself. Future meetings are cancelled.
• Kept: irreversible hashes in the suppression list and the consent log. They cannot be traced back to you, and they exist for your protection — so that you are not emailed again and so the lawfulness of past processing can be demonstrated.

The Google Calendar event lives in an external system and is removed separately. If you had a meeting scheduled, Elena is notified and cancels it manually.
